Doh. I just went to check out some of that info and it said my IP was banned. Sucks since I know my home IP just changed a couple of weeks ago. I can get to the site from my work IP however, so I'll try that. Thanks for the info Reaver__

I was fiddling around, no more IP banned msg to pplz :-p It showed it to every1 hehe.

Just found the files for UI, they are .dds format, easy to edit and so, gonna make some changes and see if the game reads them.
Edit: Gotta find the files that check the size of fonts/borders etc, editing works fine by just editing the size, but not the whole image size, just the UI elements from inside, if you resize the whole .dds file it might not work properly.

They're part of the script files and the parameter data, likely the full compiled TwoWorlds.par file, you need the SDK to edit this if it works like in Two Worlds 1.
(Unpacker is from InsideTwoWorlds.com and was linked to a few pages earlier.)
Actually this is only semi-correct, the par (Parameters?) file can't be edited or decompiled easily so what the SDK provides is the files that are compiled into this later on (Which is why there's a SDK for each specific supported version due to those changed files.), made editing mods mostly impossible for the first game and the SDK itself was clunky though extremely robust and powerful though only tweaks and smaller content were ever created.

He stopped giving them out but I got mine just before that, sorry, I forgot to post it and it is pretty short (2 minutes or so at most if you use the teleport pads.)

i need to get some kind of amulet from some blacksmith who is attacked, i defend him just as quest states, but at the and he attacks me and i have to kill him... now there are no new quests to continue the story, wtf? |

It's one of the gamebreaking bugs still in the game from what I've read, if the blacksmith dies (Zombies there do a bit of poison damage so can happen now and then even if they're overall damage is rather low.) or say if you hit him by accident and he'll attack you and you decide to attack instead of running away there's no way to progress since it's required that you talk with him to progress the quest further.

I found the horse race to be so easy, I fuc$ed up only the first time. The other "championship" is totally easy aswell. Playing on medium difficulty (dunno if other difficulites make the hoars race more difficult though)
You just have to stay on track! and try to have the "speed-bar" at max the whole time. (Try not to get thrown off!) when you get at a checkpoint slow down a bit and grab the "pot" or whatever it is, dont dismount the horse!
Only tricky part in the championship is the broken bridge, where you have to time your jump a little bit.
