I'm getting the hang of it a bit more now.
But especially against the computer it's near on impossible to take the a.i on.
Human players is different, I'm getting a bit better now.

Defenders will shrug anyone off the ball , and its not even skill . Its a simple press of the A button . It's not as if timing is even involved , The roulette is probably the most effective skill move to beat a player as if they catch you , you are pretty much guaranteed the freekick . skill dribbling is pretty much nerfed due to the whole defenders home in on the ball due to a standing tackle press of my uber a button
The pro passing is fucked . Even if you use the gauge and hit it perfectly , It can be underpowered or overpowered . And vice versa . A simple tap can send the ball perfectly to a man standing 30 yards away whereas Xavi can have trouble squaring a ball 5 yards
Defenders can't cope with over the top through balls at all
And just to add insult to injury , The online is simple broken . Clubs is pumped and its been out for what 10 days , They reset the leaderboards and the flag glitch is still there . It's simply a much less enjoyable game this year

I do agree that the "timing" of the A button could be greatly improved. It should be a little harder to get the ball as a defender. I don´t share your views on pro passing, have not experienced it as such. Neither the defender part on "top through balls". Care to explain what you mean?
I think the game a as a whole is a great improvement on last years, but there is definitely room for more adjustments. Have not even tried the online, so I can understand why that is a source of frustration.

When you Play online , notice how many goals / Chances you concede due to chipped through balls.
Defenders again are slow to react , Some times actually running towards the direction they coming from then turning , Even with a flick of the right analogue stick to change player and predict it. Due to them not making the run earlier and the balls being horribly accurate you will lose what 3 or 4 yards . If Ronaldo or Villa are on the end of it you may as well not be chasing them

Thanks. I have not played online yet. I assume this problem is most apparent with assisted controls. I´ve never enjoyed playing with assisted controls, but semi or manual for everything except regular passes which is assisted. That is also a reason why I don´t play online as there seems to be some problems with filtering out opponents playing all assisted.

Yeah annoying...that´s one of the reasons I stoppped playing 10 online. You still get the win, but it´s not the same.
