after let's say 5-7 days of non shaving I get all sorts of red dots on the cheeks and pimples. that's why I shave every 3-4 days.

We should start a beard contest, but I fear that a place in the podium will be completely unachievable for the normal Humpers: Lutzy, inz and Leo are on superior level of epicness

i am shaving dry no soap no lotion no cream ,usually after the bath where skin is quite soft otherwise no soap, dry ,
only razor touches my skin

Just use the cheapest disposable razor I can find at the store..
Really comes down more to technique more then anything else.
Not a fan of electric razors because the blades tend to wear out faster and it tends to pull and irritate my skin to much.

Had the same problem. Then I started having really short hair and bought a good hair trimmer. It trims my beard better than any electric razor ever have :E
