Extremely boring to go back and play Doom 3. I'm sorry, but this game is so damn boring I would rather stab myself with a spoon then playing this crap.

I hope you are aware that you dont need to beat DOOM 3 all over again to play the expantion??? If teh answer is YES...well stab yourself.
Anyway...the Doom.3.Resurrection.Of.Evil.CRACKFiX-MiNT works great...DOOM is not calling home

This is a great addon - the lighting is superb & the way you go up to computer terminals, etc & interact with them is very slick. Story isn't too bad & the boss monsters are very cool. The way Nerve/ID do black is scarey - turn the lights off, sound up & prepare to flatuate!

did you guys find this on usenet or what?? i'm not requesting a place to download or anything, but what keyword did you use to search for this on newzbin or something??? i'm not getting any results on there for the expansion just the original doom 3

after typing in the CD-Key i get a message saying installation cant find doom3 ......but i have it installed.....whats the problem

then its probably missing in the registry. remove everything and install again should work then. |

Well I got an original Doom3 here. Can I use the NOGRP release of this DATa Disc to play online or is there another CD-Key which is needed?

There is no need to play the 1st D3 - the expansion is a separate game & is better than the original imho & forget about playing with spoons - use the grav gun or double barelled shotgun (!)
Man that 1st boss was a pain in the butt!

Well I be the first one to say I am stuck and the level where you have to use 2 powercells in the artifact room.I got 1 from the medical lab and can see the other 1 in the office but it doesn't reconize my scan so the door won't open and I tried to go back as far as I could to see if I missed a pass or something, as far as the now jammed door thats it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go down the elevator - all the way to end get 1 power cell & pda.
Go back up - get a 2nd pda with the double-barralled shotgun combination in office area.
Head there get another pda - at the end is the 2nd power cell.
Go to generator room & insert both power cells :-O
