Unexpectedly (Thought it would be done at 10 patches.) 1.11 is now out.
Change Summary
- one new skirmish & multiplayer map
- fixed false warning when game looses net connectivity
- fixed rare desynchronisation issue
- fixed shortcuts in Mac-version
- fixed Facebook connect
New Content
• Enjoy the new map for skirmish and multiplayer
Monhaim Valley
The Valley of Monhaim is surrounded by alpine mountains. Three competitors challenge you in a race for victory. The starting sectors offer plenty of building space. But you should pay close attentionto your enemies because their bases are close-by. To gain tactical advantage you may conquer the huge, nebulous central sector, which offers a Victory Point and makes for a hub to reach your competitors. Use research to gain the technological edge over your opponents and strengthen your economy by trading with the Ports along the rivers.
Improvements
• The new Technology Board “The Occult Science” offers players 6 exciting Occult Technologies:
1. Necromancy: Fallen soldiers briefly come back from the dead to avenge their death.
2. Evil Eye: Fewer Clerics are needed to proselytize Camps.
3. Deal with the Devil: For every soldier you send to kingdom come, you’ll be rewarded with coins.
4. Demonic Bargaining: You’ll get more coins for each batch of Garments and Jewellery you sell at Ports and Marketplaces.
5. Dark Aura: The effect of Clerics deployed in Camps is increased by 5%.
6. Hidden Persuasion: With every deal they close at Ports or Market Places, your Traders have a 10% chance of obtaining their merchandise without having to pay.
• The new Trading Board “The Pentacle” is now available in the Map Forge.
• Added the new Template Exchange to upload, browse, share and rate templates created in the Map Forge.
Bug Fixes
• Fixed a wrong message that was displayed after the game lost its network connection
• Fixed a double displayed mentor text
• Fixed a bug related to the shortcuts on MAC that were implemented with patch 1.09 – Shortcuts now work on MacOS
• Fixed a bug were a Facebook account cannot be connected to game
• Fixed a rare desync when players quit the game
• Fixed sound issues that occurred when the online connection wasn’t available.
Please note:
• Players with the 32-bit version of Vista & Windows 7 should increase the amount of virtual RAM that’s available to the game:Or else they won’t be able to play in high details
1. Go to Start -> Accessories -> Command prompt.
2. Rightclick it and select "Run as Administrator".
3. Type (or copy): BCDEDIT /Set IncreaseUserVa 2300
4. There should be a confirmation that it worked.
5. Reboot.
EDIT: A new launcher is also out but still pretty slow.
EDIT: Ah I thought so, DLC 3 is also out (Or rather the key to unlock the data.) adding two large scenarios and a smaller campaign.

That's part of the dlc 3 pack.
1.11 patch is pretty much juts for the dlc.
I'll wait till it's on sale - the last lot of dlc didn't inspire me enough to shell out 15 more notes to ubi

I bought the full game so refuse to give them more money, were these ever released as scene releases, or is that not possible?
I do like this game but it is severely limited with regards to buildings/work areas. It gets boring very very quickly.

I've read up a bit about it, apparently this is utilized via the
• The new Trading Board “The Pentacle” is now available in the Map Forge.
• Added the new Template Exchange to upload, browse, share and rate templates created in the Map Forge.
Which is used on some of the new DLC maps but as it's now available via the "forge" custom maps and scenarios might already be available to utilize this though unfortunately the old maps won't support it.
As for the DLC it's a serial key and you use it in-game to unlock the content, nothing is downloaded or altered aside from server side for your account.
This third DLC is the best so far in terms of content but it is also the most expensive, other two added three scenario maps each or such and they also worked for MP modes whereas from the patches this latest one adds a new scenario map and previously the campaign maps were converted into scenario maps.

hopefully ubi will make a patch for this just like for conviction and assassins creed to make it online activation only , should be easier to crack then .
i refuse to buy it even though i really want to play it.

i read a few days ago ubisoft will release patches to all those games to remove the internet connection requirement, hopefully that one will be cracked.

No i mean the gold edition just mentioned. Been struggling with the razor release but what with the 20 second freezes while the autosave kicks in and random crashes I gave up.

Close to 0. I doubt the scene will bother again with it and the big P2P groups THETA, TRIVIUM don't crack this protection.

The deluxe edition is 50% off on Steam. Is the game good? Reviews aren't very conclusive. I really miss the Settlers, but I haven't truly enjoyed one since Settlers 3 I think. This one is supposed ot go back to the roots right?

Sincerely this is better than other settler games, it's really cool . But you need a nice rig to play it properly .

Sincerely this is better than other settler games, it's really cool . But you need a nice rig to play it properly . |
??????? if your on a two core with 3,2ghz with 2gig ram and a min of 9600GT 512ram you can run this on max details and thats a rig from 2007-2008
imo this game was crap , its not a setters game anymore but a retarded RTS mixed with a convoluted story line thats piss poor executed , the only good but not great of those modern Setters games was part 6
