is it like the movies or the game story is abit twisted?
yeah it feels close to the movies, real close.
ty for the answer, sounds good to me as one of the fun's..i was around 13 years old when the first movie came out and i loved it very much...this is one of not too many movies that fun to watch over and over even so many years after they first came out.
and to make the long story short, i'm gonna grab it:D

Yeah any fan (such as I ) will love the game, its great, a lot of lore and jokes only fans would know.
saving is fucked & I bought game! I use gamepad to play & I can not see what is highlighted & I have to use mouse & then I can save. first time it do not save & only going to new area of game it save as 1&2&3. it save mine now after 2nd play but I can no see what I select. must use mouse! BUGGGY GAME!!!
Quite confused. Alt-tabbed out of the game and now I do not have sound. I rebooted and now I do have any sound. Gonna check if my sound drivers somehow got corrupted i guess....
For someone who loved the movies and pretty much memorized the scripts growing up, I really liked it. If you are expecting an RPG or a GTA type game, your going to be disappointed. The voice acting is great and the storyline ties into the reoccurring themes of the movies. The first episode is really only 2 hours or so long, so that was my only disappointment. Cant wait for the new episode!
the game was unbielievely short compared to Tales of Monkey Island episode 1 which was harder IMHO (specially since you had to combine items, and you cant in this one) and longer.
But still, as someone who knows the trilogy by heart, I can say I never played any game based on a movie that is so much like the movies and full of references... Really, I was astonished, it has everything a BTTF fan expects when playing the game. And the scene when Marty starts up the DeLorean is epic !
But really, only 2h long, wtf... Even for a Telltale games
i tried this game for 10 minutes. i dislike adventure point & click games. this does not change my mind even though i liked the bttf movie trilogy.
the graphic is stylized but in a bad way. i get what they're trying to go for but the execution leaves a lot to be desired. it doesn't help that everyone looks like they're on drugs.
the text and gui looks faded and blurry in 2560x1600 resolution. it's so jarring to control the main character around while the interface on screen looks like low rez.
at any rate, it's going into the wonderful world of uninstall.
Too-easy, over-simplistic, annoying overhead menus, kinda like the derp version of an adventure game.
plus they engine looks like crap in a game like this , some cartoony crappy models... if people think this is the continuation of the story LULZ its the most pathetic attempt to do it ... whole story line stinks , it has more cartoon feeling then a movie http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0101042/
no wonder this game sucks when they base material is a FOX CARTOON LULZ
S&M are great , BOne was too , same goes with Wallace and Gromit and Superbad but this cartoon style does NOT FUCKING FIT in a back to the future game
the funny thing is the whole gui with its BIG FUCKING ICONS its made for... IPAD
Played this for about an hour, got bored and uninstalled it. Even though the puzzles don't make much sense it's still very easy. The voice acting and dialogue are the only reason I would continue playing it, but I won't. Gray Matter spoiled me
How do I get the alcohol in the soup kitchen? A walkthrough said to knock on the red pipe to tip over the barrel, but whenever I click the pipe Marty only examines it and says "looks like this pipe goes to the basement." Doc has already created the doorjamb, and Marty says the same thing about the pipe regardless of whether Cue Ball is sitting down or stirring the soup.

ever heard of the spoilder tag? Try it, it's there for a reason.
I guess it works as in many other adventure titles, you need to check said area so the character will know.
To be more detailed, not that I've gotten that far yet so I can't say for certain.
Spoiler:
Perhaps you need to check the basement for a still or whatever so he knows what the pipe might be for and then use it to obtain the alcohol that runs trough it which he now knows.
