Yes, it's totally horrible they released an upgraded version for free for those who bought the retail, and if you didn't you could buy an upgraded version in a shop. Indeed, I hope they cut down on the features and include patches that you have to pay for.

and you know what was so horrible they extended patch had securom pro internet activation and login activator , it needed your game tages serial with login with Pw form Witcher site and you had to have your original DVD in your drive LULZ talk about OVER KILL what's next anal probing ... lulz was after 2h , yes the whole patch process took 2h and 10gig extra of you hdd space after that you got a 9gig witcher1 version that was drm free LULZ...
i posted this on the developers site and they could not get it , they responded that normal people that bought this game should get such a treatment to disable piracy...
my answer to that was "are you fucking crazy , this patch makes this game DRM free, you can rip it and make a 4gig rip of it with nothing ripped out only compressed in 7zip , you even said that the new store version is DRM FREE and yet the original pure version get such a ass treatment"

This is the best "tavern" (graphically wise) I have ever seen.
I wouldn't be too worried about the facial animations. They still have almost 5 months, also they said numerous times that facial animations will be in.

It even says that the animations are not final in German at the top of the footage (although sometimes this doesn't mean shit but in this case I am optimistic).

You do know that any updates that are in the GoG game package, if their made by a community memeber, they get a % of the purchased good. I dont think its actually stealing??

That's not the fault of gog, it's the fault of the publishers that are unable to find (or not willing to search for) an unprotected exe.

You really are being really mean towards gog.com and cdprojekt, I like the fact that, they admit they have to use scene cracks, for drm free products.
I like the fact that that the many games that have community patches, and added mods within the gog .exe for that particular game, get a % of the purchased product. Regardless 9.99USD or 9.99euro isnt much, but it still something towards their work.
Did the devs say anything about equipment? Now that I play Witcher again, I see the flaws. The whole game has basically two swords and one armor upgrade.
