The more appropriate question is,
"lol why would I run it in the first place in order to wonder what to run on it?"
ARM have almost no redeeming qualities other than relatively lower cost and less power usage. Whoopdie doo, now the netbook would be cheaper and run Windows 8 (the "lolwut" version of it, for ARM). I have raged against ARM (and all RISC based) CPUs, no time to lay my arguments once more.

Yes obviously this concerns tablets/netbooks. Personally I think it's a very interesting piece of news!
