A friend of mine is having problems with her computer, when she logs on none of her files or settings are there, and she can not get browser access to the internet. I've been trying to fix things over the phone but nothing seems to help. It appears that when she is loging on with her normal "useradmin" account it is spawning a new account:
Bob = useradmin account (the first account you create when you install)
Bob23kj4lk24lj = account spawned that is being logged on when she tries to logon to the first account.
Her settings seem to be intact within Documents and Settings. The username does not exist inside of the user manager, and when she logs out and logs back in there is still no luck!
