Of course it does (assuming it will look as good on PS3). It's no small feat to make a multiplatform game that looks so good. If it has a stable framerate (when it hits retail) they'll probably get a lot of calls to license their engine (which is their #1 goal, anyway).

Don't get me wrong. It's great that they can squeeze so much out of the shitty hadrware and hopefully the standard of graphics in multiplat titles increases if more developers start using CryEngine.
I'm just saying that it doesn't look impressive compared to what Crysis looked like over 3 years ago. Especially when you take into consideration the even smaller levels.

The 360 multiplayer demo runs at 1152x720 (a fraction shy of 720p) with custom (edge + temporal) AA tricks (as they explained before): http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showpost.php?p=25627851&postcount=1319
Considering that there are games with prebaked lighting that run at a lower resolution with no AA of any kind (eg Darksiders), if the framerate is mostly a solid 30fps it's pretty impressive what they achieved.

This game is gonna sell like hot cakes on the boxes, and on PC piracy will hurt soooo bad, that I wouldn't be surprised if Cevat  announces Crysis 3 exclusive to the derps.
