Depends on how you look at it - I have a few that are related to work, but I don't use them outside of work..
So presonally, I use two - one with my portfolio/domain and one GMail.

Private, uni, GMail and work. I do have a ton more, technically speaking, but they are all set up to end up in my GMail one way or another, so I count them all as one
