Complex is perfect mate, that's a proper scene release and there's no issues with Demon Village.
AWESOME thanks so much..so I take it you've already tested it out and it works fine? I downloaded the PEMA version but after finding out it was just a dupe I didnt even bother trying out the game so I will just download the COMPEX release..I see there is also some FRANCO release but since IVe never heard of them I wont bother getting that one
Nah, I nabbed the DUPLEX release for the PS3, but all the comments on various sites are affirmative ones for the COMPLEX (and they're scene'rs anyway) with no issues.

Yeah the PS3 version is the one I will get next. I know I'm probably stupid for just throwing away the PEMA disk but I dont want to take any chances, better to be safe then sorry
This game is absolutely friggin' HILARIOUS! Deadpool has had me LOL'ing for real many, many times now. He breaks the fourth wall all the time, directly addressing the "player" as well as one of his super-combos being where he rips the HEALTH and SUPER bars off the screen and uses them to beat his opponent to death
"That was a super comboooooo!"
Listening to him shouting "Bang, bang, bang, bang bang bang bang bang bang bang!!!" when shooting opponents is hilarious too
Doing that move made Deadpool walk like a hooker towards the enemy with purple hearts around him, but no damage. Am i supposed to push something else too?
Has the game manual been scanned?
Or are there any guides on how to play this?
Im getting my ass kicked lol
I've not seen a manual release yet and I doubt there will be much of any kind of guide at the moment, the game isn't actually due out for a few more days.

does it have any single player story line ? or is this a drep arcade beat'em up
It's a beat'em'up at heart, but does have the typical ending stories for each character (all 36 of them) in a gorgeous mini-comic style.
Considering (and despite of the controls... grrr) how incredibly complex some of the combos are, and how deep the characters can be, strategy guides for SF-type titles are definitely required reading
Agreed. My favourite will always be MvC2 because while this one (MvC3) is fantastically fun ... it's streamlined for the unwashed, low-IQ, masses
The game is fun, for sure, but just how easy it is to do everything, just no true skillful progression. I'll probably play it for a few weeks, and go back to T6
I'm not happy that you have to buy the CE (or pay for DLC at a later date, since they're not shipping on the same day as the game launch) in order to have Jill Valentine and Shuma Gorath
The game is great fun (if you're a fan of the fast-paced VS series) but it's shit like this that really makes my blood boil.
Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3
Quote:
Capcom has finally revealed Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3, along with a release date, a batch of screenshots, a handful of videos and a list of the game's new fighters.
Fighting game fans have been speculating on the existence of an upgraded version of Marvel Vs Capcom 3 for months, and today at the San Diego Comic Con, Capcom made things official: Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3 hits the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 this November.
The new game features a host of balance tweaks and alterations to its predecessor's gameplay options, but most importantly, it also features twelve new combatants.
Representing the Capcom side, we have Strider Hiryu, Firebrand, Vergil, Frank West, Phoenix Wright, and Nemesis.
On the Marvel side, the game boasts Ghost Rider, Nova, Dr. Strange, Hawkeye, Iron Fist and Rocket Raccoon.
Taken alongside the original game's 38 fighters, this brings the total Marvel Vs Capcom 3 roster to a nice, round 50 characters.
Pricing details on Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3 have yet to be revealed, though Capcom claims the game will be "mid-priced" once it reaches retail. Whether or not the company is exploring the possibility of releasing the additional content as downloadable content for the original Marvel Vs Capcom 3 -- much as they did with the recent Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition -- is anyone's guess.
You can find a gallery of the game's brand new screenshots below, footage of the game in action embedded above, and a handful of additional video clips on the official Capcom Unity YouTube page.
Not even out six months and already MvC3 is now obsolete. This shit really fucking irritates me. Go fuck yourselves Crapcom, and take your pathetic greed with you.
When it comes to Crapcom's shady business model, you can always count on piracy to fuck 'em in the but.
As far as I care they can release a new game every month, I'll just use a Verb.

Too right! Honestly, the more these companies decide to screw us in search of a quick buck, the more I'll screw them right back. What annoys me is that I used to support Capcom! I bought pretty much every game they put out (aside from DS and PSP titles) - but they're just getting worse and worse all the time.
Not even six months
Oh and the price HAS been confirmed already; $40. Get fucked Twatcom.
Yeah, I know. Loved their games on the PS2 (DMC, RE, Onimusha, Okami being by far my fav PS2 titles), but after the "next gen" thing took off it's like they went frozen stupid over night and started doing these fucked up anti-consumer practices, witch somewhere in some high level office may have sounded great but in the long run will end up hurting them; sales and rep wise.
Seeing how they've been doing this for quite some time now, I'm thinking they don't care. Guess neither should we.
