Make sure you have LT+ flashed, then get Call.Of.Duty.Black.Ops.XBOX360-COMPLEX, then run that through ABGX and it'll patch it automatically if you've set it up to do that. Then burn and play.

The_Leaf,about the NON-Jtag method,I know you need to connect to live... but "permanently"?
can you just "reactive" the game every time you do this method?
what happen if you disconnect while playing games?

How can we confirm if the patch has been applied successfully? Also how long does it take for these AP 2.5 patches to be released via ABGX360?

If you look at the log when you run ABGX, it says that it's been patched. Impossible to miss.

So anyone knows is there any solution coming for Slim to play "backups"? There was long time ago news that it was haxed, but nothing after that :/

From what I've read, a lot of people are expecting a slim-related solution once the USB flasher thing launches. That would be nice as I know some people who'd like to flash their slim and take the plunge. That's supposed to launch on Feb. 28th or so, so we'll see.

Can someone explain me about the lizard hack i'm currently on LT 1.1 , LiteOn Jasper model i need to flash it i read that the lizard hack allows to flash the firmware without opening the console also how is it compared to Team Executer Pro
P.S - I have my original firmware with me.

So I haven't followed the 360 scene in 6 months, owing to the ps3 being so mega hackable now.
Quick questions:
1. Wheres best to read up on latest developments?
2. I never had a JTAG - my console was never done. It's running a later FW. Is anything like JTAG (where I don't have to burn a disk for each game) currently available? Akin to backup managers for wii / ps3?

1. - (There is no Slim flash at the moment, there is LT+ v1.1 for Lite-on and Benq for the new protected AP 2.5 games, and a new abgx360 v1.0.5 released to patch the AP2.5 games.)
2. No......still need that old old old FW

Paradoxically the x360 passed from being the more easily hackable console to being the most secure. I too don't have jtag, still hoping someday some sort of ps3-like full jailbreaking solution is released.

I'm actually quite confused here , people are saying you can install the new dashboard and play games without even patching to lower wave I'm on LT 1.1 , which i guess supports till Wave 6 and now games are coming with Wave 11 so whats the point of getting LT + flashed if i can still play the games with LT 1.1

 ok let me help you for i while , IXT 1.61 was there to go around waves by disabling wave checks , LT was there to add stealth for liteon drives that had problems with dmi/pfi , LT+ was there to add AP25 and LT+ 1.1 was there to fix another problem with dmi/pfi [liteon only lulz what the deal with it]
from ixt 1.6 flash DIDN'T HAVE ANY WAVE CHECKS
people only get paranoid for one thing AP25 checks that are added to updates making your older burned collection crap on a stick forcing you to reburn
and if you trolled i will kill you because all this was common knowledge |

Sorry if you've been over this but I'm a little confused cos I've been playing ps3 jailbreak etc
Got an elite with lite on drive i think, yellow cables in lil hole? and an older fw (not sure which - maybe year old?)
Blackops etc work fine but bullet storm asks to update dash - this worries me... Am I best flashing to latest lt+? also can i / should I install dash?
Finally I play online at moment but migh do in future, how do I check if I'm banned?

To play the new games (ie: Bulletstorm) you need LT+, which means you need to re-flash your dvd drive. After that, you can safely update to the latest dash.
