I think San Andreas will have better multiplayer because the one for PS2 already has 2 player mode and it's really fun and plays perfectly. Seems like it would be easy for a modder to increase the number of players allowed to more than 2 instead of making the whole multiplayer thing themselves. I just hope they at least include the 2 player mode in the PC version.
