You're not going to find ANY downloadable content packs that work on JB without paying for them, mate. They're all signed and need the authorisation stuff. Some PSN games have been cracked, but 99% of them are simply due to using debug patches. Game addons? PAID game addons? Not happening.

It should be under Downloadable Content on Main menu

Then nope, didn't work. If you select "downloadable content" - it demands you sign in and then takes you to the PSN store.
