All pre-orders enters you to the beta, unsure if there's any other way or method.

Depends on the size of the map. When playing on a large map vs 7 AI (campaign maps are smaller and only 1-2 enemy AI) the load times are over a min between each turn, which is unacceptable in a game where you need to load save games a lot of times (yknow, to minimize losses of each fight, cant fuk up vs AI or they will steamroll you Smile ).

I am pretty hyped for HMM 6 too. HMM5 was already pretty "perfect" for me but the loadtimes and the clunky camera were very annoying.

Hmm why not make a pack with all 6 games when we are so close to VI ??

200$ for that, haha, at first i thought it had VI in it also, and even then it was way to expensive Very Happy

Oh and here's the articles;

http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2011-04-20-might-and-magic-heroes-vi-delayed
http://www.vg247.com/2011/04/21/might-magic-heroes-vi-delayed-into-september/

... and hundreds more, but you get the gist of it.

Quote:

Look on the bright side, M&M fans - you've now got more time to enjoy phenomenal puzzle spin-off Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes HD, which launched on PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade last week.

Uh. No. There is nothing phenomenal about this turd, nothing whatsoever, and I pity anyone who wastes their money buying it. This is no longer a tactical RPG like M&M3-5, now it's a "match 3 colours" puzzle game.

Lame shit and a joke for bearing the name "Might & Magic"

Wasn't the beta planned for the 20th (Yesterday.) or has that also been delayed now?
(Most likely it's a MP beta of sorts or with skirmish at best but I doubt you can actually influence much but it depends on the main developer, Settlers crew worked pretty well with the community during that beta and support - though now also followed by DLC - has been pretty good.)

I really hope they do what they've been saying, go back to the roots. The later HOMM games didn't even slightly interest me.

PS. WTF is happening this years? So many (potentially) good games coming.

They changed a lot of old units... which is kinda meh for me. I liked old creatures, but who knows, maybe it'll get even better...

Altho I haven't seen any dragons... Hmmm...

And they dumbed down the resource system. Four rare resources obtainable in all previous installments will be replaced by blue crystals lol wut

They should just remake HoMM3 with better (2D) graphics and more maps.

this must be one of most "retarded" comments on the Internet, every year is the same plenty of big/good games coming out. that still doesn't change the fact that only 5-10 of them are good, and nowhere near enough to keep you busy for whole year..
