Overall it is (Kinda obvious but still.) more stable, unfortunately I can't compare against the x64 build since there is none and there is no Sandbox Editor 3 either.
Performance is slightly improved but I use the March 23rd ATI "11.4" drivers as well which has some work done on Crysis 2 (And other titles, mainly 6000 series and DX11 however.)
With the config above it runs at between 30 - 45 FPS, higher at indoor moments but that's not a good indication on overall performance, beta ran at around 30 - 35 somewhere, lower when I used more tweaks and much lower while I used the editor (~20 somewhere in the editor.)
Overall the game looks decent enough with a few low-res textures and some smaller glitches distracting from the overall experience, levels are more linear and scripted so instead of rolling vistas and vegetation you get low-poly LOD buildings and various other such "optimizations" but I find it to look OK, heavy blur, motion blur and post-processing is in effect however so the screens turn out a bit so-so compared to seeing it fluidly in motion while actually playing.
Protection is Tages/Solidshield something with online activation and who knows what hooks and integrations (triggers?) in the game exe which is unfortunate as having a modified exe available is a good backup should activation cause trouble, price point is hard to argue about as well with the default being 50 or even 60 USD or comparable but it can likely be had for cheaper at which point it might be more worthwhile. 
MP draws heavily on CoD but has some twists of it own, not been active much however, Pey posted his impressions and screens earlier (I think it was.) which might be a better insight into that.
Still trying to tweak and adjust stuff so the artificial restrictions in place and the lack of a full x64 build and editor is annoying but I had somewhat understood it would be like this at release.
(It's like with Warhead when it was released and then updated via patches, DX11 better add something significant if possible though to be worth the delay and negativity now generated from all this.)
EDIT: Still the PS3 uses a variation of 25 - 30 FPS and lower settings and the X360 runs at ~30 but a mix of low/medium settings if the configs from the beta are accurate (And some high values, it's not terrible looking on either console considering their age and such.) so what I get looks somewhat better (Even if I have to force it via tweaks.) and (Despite said tweaks.) also runs a bit better.
