The graphic options are resolution, fullscreen, v-sync and a predetermined graphical preset.

I wasnt vague, you just havent read carefuly what I wrote or just drunk. 
Btw I have unpacker entire crysis 2 encrypted archive and now trying to change some files and pack it back. I'll report the progress.
EDIT: ooops i forgot to mention you need to load cracked 1.0 Crysis2.exe in Xvi program.

But we can disable blur with the config tool too. Why do we need this then? (No offense that you made it possible though)

I think you cannot disable motion blur in Crysis 2 1.0 cracked release.[I don't know about 1.1 or 1.2] Hexediting is needed. |

odd that folder wouldnt normaly exist in appdata if the game was installed to c:
i have no such location here, its all on diff drive under simple/crytek/crysis 2
its where the autoexec.cfg is for me... |
Well i'm not gonna argue with you on that since i'm nowhere near computer savvy enough. But that's where i found my config file along with some other file named Crysis2AdvancedSettings.ini. Left it in there and only moved my autoexec. So would it be safe to say that the graphics config program created that path and it would be safe-ish to remove it completely?

I'm running Crysis 2 on a laptop with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3400 Series. Crysis 2 runs like shit on this. Now motionblur is disabled, but its on when I use cloak only. |

I am having huge problems with the catalyst the aliens drop, it either gets lost in the ground and cannot be taken or just disappears .

with default settings with its cinematic glossy blurry looks. I could just have well been playing this on the console (with better framerate). I had to turn off all the edging options to have it something resembling a pc game with the sharpness and clarity which I like from other pc shooters.
