Yeah, agreed. It's cross platform I know but a majority look better on the 360 so obviously, want it on this.
The whole new disc format obviously indicates a new firmware. One thing we do know is that the new firmware will still read old disc (obviously). I'm wondering if it'd be possible to almost have a boot disc (similar to activate.iso) to fool the 360 into thinking it was booting an old style disc rather than a new one.
Speculation of course, but just a thought.

The pS3 version will ship with 3.60 firmware.. Don't dream, 3.60 is becoming older and older now, and Sony ship games with updates quickly... and if my calculations are right, we will begin to see 3.60 encrypted games by the end of april (for sure in May, all of them will be)

C4eva and the other hacker's would of registered for this themselve's no doubt so it's pointless sending it to them.
How about uploading a abgx screenshot of the disc to see what that has to say about it?

The above is the same as what I got. Here's what ABGX says about it, using version 1.0.5 and using the dvd drive to read:

Here is what it says if I copy the files to a dir and have it read that way. The dvd shows up as only 48.9MB, UDF file system:

Sorry I had forgot about this post. I woudl be glad to add the --skiplb option if I wasnt so dumb as to not know how.
i've checked through all the options and none of them add that argument into the command line. also google does not turn up anything obvious.

I don't consider a new drive FW to be better than x360key, but that's just me....

Yeah, what if every dashboard update flashes the drive from now on? In this case X360Key would be the better solution.

I agree, while re-flashing the firmware is not a huge job, it is time consuming and a pain in the ass for me to dismantle and rig my pc for flashing. the key would be much more appealing to me as a simple usb flash update.
