I think its a separate campaign. You only get 2 chapters and you dont play as Isaac anyway. I played through Dead Space 2 before the DLC got released.

Iv only been playing arcade and retail games from external HDD with my JTAG. Do I need the newest TUs to get the DLC working, and does it work from the external at all?

I didn't know they planned it for original xbox , interesting stuff..and it looks good , well it's cam quality but still..
