Could it be that r_UseEdgeAA=x does also nothing as long as MSAA blurry-vision isn't activated? I tried all values between 0 and 3 and there was no difference at all.
It seems so! I tested with EdgeAA=1 and the other 2 options set 0 and there was no difference compared to the image I captured with all 3 AA types disabled.
I think we can conclude that the least AA you can enable is postMSAA set to 1 or 2 (I have tested it only on 2) and most people in this thread thought the remaining aliasing is only minor-moderate, so yeah:
postMSAA=2
edgeAA=0
FXAA=0
seems to be the best option.
TWIN PEAKS is "something of a miracle."
"...like nothing else on television."
"a phenomenon."
"A tangled tale of sex, violence, power, junk food..."
"Like Nothing On Earth"

Guess that depends on your personal preference. Your suggestion seems to be the best compromise between sharpness and jaggies. I disabled all AA and got an even sharper image but at the cost of more jaggies. Here are the results I got:
Well of course, it's my preference. I can't play the game with absolutely no AA, it looks terrible IMO.

you can notice it on the edges of the yellow containers, but thats about it, forget about those flag poles in the background they will look shit no matter what lol. Second screen looks to be the best comprimise to me, the hand looks sharper in the foreground, no blur applied to it?

postMSAA is for objects away from the camera
edgeAA is for objects close to the camera
FXAA is for the whole screen
Since the second image has only postMSAA enabled, there's no blur to the hand etc..

-start the game
-start the script
-select Crysis2.exe process
-after loading a save, change values for nano1 and nano2 (both should be set to same number) to any number you want
You can notice sometimes that these values can become some huge number. That's when nano points turned into negative number, which is in game still shown as 0.

I even had a few times where loading into a different area actually zeroed down my points. Nevertheless, in the end I only had one ability that wasn't bought/activated.
