					| |
					| hello group newbie here
I have downloaded evox 2.6, but I am a little concerned about damaging my xbox, what advantages are there in using this software? Or should I just stay with what I have?

The installation guide seems very complex also, has ne1 got a dummys guide?

 TIA

					| then its worth installing a diffrent dashboard.
Evox is the easiest to install . but is far from the the best (IMO) as you just have to copy the files (once extracted) to C:

 evoxdash.xbe
 evox.ini
 /skins/
 /bios/
 /trainers/

 (If I remember corectly)

					| in the instructions, it says save bios ftp etc etc, confusing to me, but there is an option that says install, when I load the disk, tried to save bios but had network error?

					| If you have a chip running a hacked bios (I presume you do as you have the chip installed etc...)
download a bootdisk like Slayers auto Installer.

Or something like that, boot from it and choose "install evox and Apps"

Prolly the easiest way if you are unsure.

					| evox is very easy to use but there are a lot better dashboards around like unleashx and others go to http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php it will help you understand a lot about what you can do.
