How is the story compared to AC1 and 2? Same? Better? Worse? And is it still worth playing if I know that ***** dies?

Better, its definetly worth to play...

Story of AC2 still stands at top, the only reason AC2 story was better was Ezio was a new character in the game there was lot of compassion in the game ACB you already know Ezio well.

I know this has been asked many times but i haven't found a solution yet, even though i've been looking for it for the past few weeks.

problem is extreme mouse stuttering. So far only turning v-synch off has been helpful, but still using the mouse is a pain in the ass.

Has anyone found other solutions to this problem (apart from using a joystick...)?

I had the same problem and this is what I did:

Num 4 - Assassinate

Num 1 - Turn Camera Left
Num 3 - Turn Camera Right
Num 2 - Make Camera Look Up
Num 5 - Make Camera Look Down

Both X & Y sensitivity kept at 5.0

Num Enter - Center Camera on Character

Shift - High Profile Button

Space - Leg Buttion

W, A, S, D - Default Movement

Q - Inventory

Z - inventory slot 4 for healing potions

1, 2, 3 - for selected inventory items

X - free hand

C - Head Button

F - Lock Enemy Target

V - FPS Perspective

And with this control layout I've already beaten the game. Hope this helps.

Assassins Creed: Revelations?

Quote:

The next Assassin's Creed game could be subtitled Revelations, judging by a botched reveal on Ubisoft's Facebook page.

As detailed in a NeoGAF thread, a post on the Assassin's Creed Facebook page earlier today announced, "The day you have been waiting for has arrived! Click the link below to help reveal an exclusive look at the upcoming Assassin's Creed game!"

Users were then directed to a separate page asking them to hit 'Like' to help unlock a reveal. The site was quickly pulled, but not before someone discovered a logo for Assassin's Creed: Revelations in the page's Flash file as well as original protagonist Altair's name written in Arabic.

Ubisoft hasn't commented, but earlier in the year confirmed that a new Assassin's title is planned for 2011.

Speaking at an investor call in February, CEO Yves Guillemot announced that the publisher would reveal the game in May.

Holy shit!
I was sceptical, had the ISO on my HDD and was too lazy to install it, just saturday installed, cause I was bored, and released it this morning at 2:00am, still in chapter 4.

This game is so amazing, i can't get enough of it! No repeatable quests, no dullness, no reusability!!! So much little details!!!

There are only 3 things that I don't like:
1. mission intros that last 30sec for a try of 5sec to do full sync (fixable i think)
2. no visual graphic of upgraded 2-ndary armament (throwing knifes, medical bags, etc..)
3. some awkward camera angles that are forced, but very rarely

If this wasn't UBISOFT - a definate buy!

God damn it!

Any of you had the bug with the bomber? (Leonardo's mission). After a few seconds, I completely lose control of the bomber, can't turn ... it also slows down, put while still up in the air, like getting stuck. Can't do the mission sadly. Anyone had this? Solution?

Turn vsync on or off, depending on the setting you have now.

Thanks very much, that fixed it, however now the game crashed at the end of the mission Smile - probably a coincidence, if not, I'll just turn Vsync off at the right moment.

Oh Ubisoft.

Apparently if you buy Intel SSD, SOLELY BECAUSE OF THAT you will be able to gallop on your horse in ACB.

Ubi, we are able to think, unlike console players. We won't buy stupid shit from your marketing partners Laughing

Not only that, the game runs BETTER on HDD, on SDD it lags! Laughing

There was a galloping feature in Brotherhood, but from the looks of it, it seems when an SSD is detected the galloping is automatically made faster. If that's the case, another undignified low point goes to Ubi.

And that marketing shit is hilariously pathetic and idiotic. :fucking facepalm:

There is no gallop feature. You can't gallop your horse, like you could in AC/AC2. You can only "run" with it on normal speed.

And that "Intel - play as intended" ... you mean "the way it's meant to be played"? Smile

Actually iirc you could gallop in AC:B but only in certain sequences - like the Leonardo machinegun carriage mission etc.

Yeah sure Ubisoft, standard hard drives were able to handle that feature in AC2 but now for some my$tical rea$on they can't do it anymore in ACB. Priceless Very Happy
