Lately i've got onnnnce again this fucking BSOD...it happens when i play TF2 and when i ALT+TAB sometimes to check how things goes on Mozilla Firefox 4..just random..someitmes after 10 ALT+TABs,sometimes more...random random

I already google'd and tried the CCleaner method..nothing...Uninstall aaaall drivers, run XP on safe mode, run a driver cleaner (it deleted the entire nvidia stuff but not the nv4_disp.dll ..it didnt appeard),then rebooted, installed latest drivers on safe mode,reboot..and still happens

my 460GTX is less than a year old (Check rig at signature or whatever at the bottom),i dont think my card's already reaching to an end so fast...it's just impossible!..and i've got a Thermaltake 700W Toughpower modular and everything's correct, even cleaned dust from the tower and the GPU itself

What's wrong?,should i do a fresh XP/7 install or...?

I got this erorrr "Nvidia Display Driver Has Stopped Responding and Successfully Recovered" after upgrading to 8GB of ram. Once I dropped back to 4gb, no more error. Reinstalling windows and drivers did not solve my error. Selling the extra 4gb of cosair ram did.

Probably a driver bug not a hardware issue.

Ditch XP and goto 7. In vista/7 you'll just get the pop up message if this happens instead of windows throwing a BSOD.
