One of the guys at Gamestop got it early no confirmation on FW but it has to be 3.60

Its a CE includes
The booklet
The game
Two DLCs: The Naked City vice case and the consul's car traffic case.
the badge pursuit challenge; little undeveloped film with the locations of the badges.

Staying awake night to watch for release tonight

They just might be unlucky enough not to be given a retail copy of the game. It's typical it's either noobs who doesn't know shit or people with 0.5mbit upload speed that gets the games first and report about it.

Well then this game is going to be like the the first game, that did't get an early leak before launch..like from 05' since the X360 launched..
