That's absolutely PATHETIC. I don't give a fuck how "loyal" CDP's fans are, shit like this is just plain unacceptable. What a monumental fuck up.

Skidrows is the retail boxed copy, mentions securom in the readme.txt in the installation folder.

I could not agree more. The state of the game right now is horrible. It's like they don't have fucking Q&A in Poland. Optimization issues, bugs, and not just any bugs, it's game breaking bugs, something you can't just turn a blind eye to.

If I were you, I'd get the skidrow version because they will be releasing updates and I wanna have the exact same files as them.

Don't know how far in you are after the pivot point, but you can just save from just before your capture can't you?

I'm now 15 hours or more into the game and I've encountered only one of the bugs mentioned - the lockup after throwing weapons - happened to me twice. Other than that and some minor optimalisation issues (just lowered the settings a bit and it seems to be working okey) the game works flawlessly. Also I did have a lot of stuff in quickslots before getting captured and I've lost none of it, and neither do any items dissapear from my inventory now - so the bug must be more complicated than that.
