Anyone experiencing strange problem where you join in an online match and constantly get disconnected after the match starts? I'm trying to play with a friend and it happens to him all the time.

I like this game, but I'm spending more time waiting for levels to load than driving them, they're way too short. They prolly had to cut them cause fuckin consoles have like 13MB of memory.
Also those "dude, superstar amigo" idiots talking in menus make me want to an hero.
I doubt the reason they cut them down is because of hardware limitations. It's more likely that it's brain limitations in the retards they try to appeal to.
I took 6th on that Gymkhana crap and managed to crash into every possible object on the track, and that annoying announcer guy said I was a racing god...

Believable and relatable...Yep, sounds like Call of Duty
Are you people still playing this crap? Just installed RBR with that mod (the mod itself + the whole cars pack) + ENBSeries and the game looks amazing for its age. I don't even need to say about the game itself that it's much better than any other rally game or any racing game that claims to be a rally game. Also, I found this video which I find it somewhat special:
NZXTS340ELITE : EVGA Z370 FTW / [ Intel i7 8086k @4.0Ghz ][ ASUS TUF RTX 3060 Ti 8GB ][ 16GB G.Skill Trident Z @3200mhz CL16 ][ 128GB Intel760p Series + 1TB Crucial MX500 + 3TB WD RED ][ Thermaltake Toughpower PF1 650W ]
Tried it, the mod is well done and improves the game a lot. Finally the car has a weight and the handling requires more attention than before (also the first Dirt doesn't have the derp "flashback" feature ). The onboard cameras have been modified as well (with a new shacking effect) and different surfaces make the car behave differently. Definitely better and more enjoyable than the vanilla game (which was already better than Dirt 2 and 3 ).

Can you do something about that horrible bloom too? I never played the game much because it kept crashing randomly and when I finally installed it and it ran good, the game found a new tool to throw at me making me uninstall the game imediately. Seriously, that bloom is a gamebreaker for me.
I found this, but can't we simply turn post process effects off from the options? And the post process effects in DiRT consist only of the horrible bloom?

No, it's not possible, but that tool works just fine (and the mod that I posted includes the bloom Tweaker as well )
Derp from the game: Awesome lap you did there amigo, muchacho! Now upload it on YouTube and you too can be a YouTube SuperDerp like Ken Derp!!!
Me: Fuck of you cunt, I'm not your amigo, nor your muchacho!!!
Seriously, that idiot annoyed the fuck out of me when I played the game and by the time the 2nd season was unlocked I felt like I'm going to freak out, then I got the hell out of the game and uninstalled it . It felt so gooooood!
@ixigia Thanks, I'm installing the game now, I'll try that mod too, besides the HD tweaker I mean, hope I can finally enjoy the game.
Ok, is there no way to play with that mod, but without the camera shaking, which sucks by the way? It's so much better without the bloom but the cars don't feel like cars, that's the problem. I would like the changes the mod makes to the game, but that camera shaking is really badly done.

Hehe personally I like it, but I can understand perfectly that it can be rather annoying for people who prefer a "cleaner" view. Anyway I think you can disable it by replacing all the modded "cameras.xml" files inside the "cars" folder with the unmodded ones, or simply using this
Dont know if its been posted, cant be arsed to look, but to get rid of all that but kissin'amigo crap, delete "en_generic.nfs" from Dirt 3/audio/speech unfortunately it also stops the discriptions in car setup but i can live with that
Fuck yeah, took 1st on all races on the first championship.
The 1st race was the real bitch because the fucking game kept tilting the score in favor of one of the drivers so he always beat me by 0.1 seconds. Yeah right...
First this guy always beat me by 4 seconds, never mind how fast I finished, then when I started blazing through it he always beat me by a millisecond, and I was always ahead of him!>.>
