3DMGAME-Duke.Nukem.Forever.Crack.Only.Fix2.rar

Note that it won't work on razor1911 version direcly, since you need original steam_api.dll, which is not part of razor1911 release at all. You should be able to find it with google (hint: DNF thread at steam underground forums).

.

With this release, chapter select works properly. Probably ego saving too (not tested yet).

If you want to transfer save games, new save location is in:
Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\3DMGAME\SAVES\1

i cant understand why Razor release isnt NUKED yet. Skirow releases are nuked even if they are working properly Wink strange

Find original steam_api.dll and then put it in razor1911 release, together with 3dmgame crack, and it will work.

Okay, so we're clear on this.

I've tried the v2 crack (is that what you're calling the 3dmgame crack?) and put it with the razor release (it had steam_api.dll in the dir), the game runs fine but when i quit I get a nice big error message.

Also, the save game is still screwed and it keeps making a new folder each time I play with 2cda0 names, sort of thing.

From what you're saying, it seems that i need an original steam_api, and I got one from my steam directory, but then the game wouldn't boot at all.

So help me out if you can. I have:

Razor1911 release of Duke Forever
Non scene V2 patch that you posted about earlier.

So i need ????

Also, once it's cracked properly, do I need to start a new game to see the effects?

Original steam_api.dll, that is supposed to be distributed with the game (or with day-0 update?). The one in razor1911 release is "cracked" and leads to issues. Find it with google (search for: duke nukem forever steam_api.dll).

Razor1911 did a fine job on getting their release out and reports are
positive. Respect to the blade for some competition.

Still their release has a problematic issue with the crack, as when you
progress in the game, you will notice that you can't go back and play
previous completed chapters, besides the first one.

If you're happy with what you got from the blade, then don't download
this proper.
Alternative you can get the seperate sr-dnfcf.rar included
with this release, so you don't have to download whole game again.

Keep in mind our release has all english, german, french, italian and
spanish content in one whole package.

Just beat it. Shorter than Portal 2. Gameplay was mediocre, yet it was a little fun here and there.

Worth $50? NO. Worth $15 or less from a Steam sale down the line? Sure. why not. Cool Face

^ I concur. I finished it myself a few hours ago and it felt mediocre and bland all the way to the end. Took me about 6 hours to finish on medium difficulty without any rushing through the levels. Very forgettable and uninspired.

Lol, and I don't even feel like replying any chapters. What's the point? There was nothing that was so great/fun at such a level where I'd want to reply something again. Also online must be even more bland. Might as well make my self a large bowl of grits or porridge, with absolutely nothing, and have that for dinner, while playing DNF. I think that will really get me "immersed". Cool Face

Some reviewers have said it's 10-12 hours. So, yeah maybe it's not 3x a CoD title, but I don't believe it's only 6 hours!! Come on!

Well, maybe it took me 6 and a half hours to finish it. Cool Face It mainly depends on the person playing it. I wasn't rushing. I 'explored' wherever possible (for instance, at the stripper-club dream of Duke). Maybe I should have played on the last difficulty in order to expand my playthrough time.Cool Face

I didn't rush and it took me 9 hours in total SP.

Wow, they did manage to kill an immortal brand after all. Smile

I guess they had to cash in on the 'forever' scam they pulled on people eventually, so after 10+ years of letting people boil, they quickly pulled an engine out from under the bed, dusted it off a little, replaced the models and textures to match the duke theme and there you go: DUKE NUKEM FOREV.. (strike that) NEVER AGAIN.

(R)est (I)n (P)ieces Duke. It was about time.
