Also why is the prophet multi8 only 3.71 GB whereas the RELOADED multi3 is 4.25 GB.
What's missing from the prophet release? |
prophet release have custom inno installer,DLC's and 0-day patch (data_archive_2.orf) - thats only difference |

@D34Dite: You should have tried the ISO demo first, as always
It's a very "particular" title, quite polished but also very consolish and completely different from the previous DS games. It's decent timewaster though, at least for me

Dungeon Siege was a terrible "Diablo 1 in 3D" clone at a time when Diablo 2 had already been out for years. Calling DS3 worse than that abomination is some serious rose-colored glasses at work.

Ofc you are entitled to your opinion, but overall that is absolutely garbage. And the average gamer has proven to agree that the older dungeon siege is superb compared to this game. But the MAIN issue is, ds3 has nothing whatsoever to do with the two first game. Its only in its name, and thats a disgrace and a damn shame and missed opportunity. Its lazy, and a horrible way to try and sell more games. Disrespectful as fuck.
And how do you even manage to like a console port above a game made for pc? Thats just bizarre!

Dungeon Siege 1 was a joke.
Dungeon Siege 2 was a fantastic game.
Dungeon Siege 3 is a decent timewaster, that has little or nothing to do with the franchise.

Damn, the battle with Scorch was awesome, classic battle with a very powerful dragon, as they should be. I needed to do a lot of positioning for the characters, some buffing and give each one a task in the battle, as the first time I went into battle everybody died almost instantly. The battle definately felt like a proper dragon battle, it was hard as hell, though I am playing on the hard difficulty. I was almost at the end of the battle when all the health potions were gone and I needed to retreat the melee characters and so my main character, Rynn, killed Scorch with a double shot from her crossbow (definately a good thing that I made her a ranged character, as she has a lot of health and very fast attacks, dealing a lot of damage per 10 seconds). Anyway, here are some screenshots:

Everybody saying that it's just nostalgia and this is not a great game as some of us remember it to be, is just talking bullshit. After all this years, I still find a lot of fun in this game and I also find the game unbeaten in what it does, it's absolutely unique. The game is also very long if you like do explore every area. I'm almost 30 hours into the game I think and I still have about 2 chapters until the end.

Finished it, took me 17 hours on hard. Fun game, easily worth a 7.5/10. I'd play a DS4, but they really have to put more effort into it. Some design choices were clearly lazy.

Finished the game. 7.5/10. Slow start, but turns into a fun game. Well balanced, and the no potions thing works great. Forces you to use the right skills at the right time rather than bruteforcing everything with potion-spam.

Its a console click fest arcade game, and has nothing to do with DS. I uninstalled it after 5 min, this kind of game would get 3/10 if it came out in 2001-2005. U can see how the quality of games has gone down. I m happy I didnt buy this name misleading arcade crap.

Good thing you played a big whopping five minutes. More than enough to judge a game.

5 min was too long in my opinion, I game for over 25 years and know from experience when a game will be good or not.
If they called this game by a different name and call it fantasy acton game, than I wouldnt even flinch and wouldnt care for it, but they butcherd a known arpg title and changed it into a hollow console arcade game.
