Because i really need a break from it, I'm on it way to much.
I goto work, have a few hours if I've been on an early shift, wake up then either play games or browse the net endlessly.
Lately the last few moinths, I've been drinking beer every night too and smoking weed.
When I've been going in work I've really been feeling like shit and not communicating the way i used too.
I need to turn the damn things off for a while like a few days.
BUT basically, there is fuckall else for me to do other then the odd night out and a few nights at my m8s on the beer.
T.v is totally shit and bores the balls off me.
Anyone else the same?
I'm being truthful here so would be good if you lot are to as i bet there is alot of people on here who are exactly the same.

Suffering from chronic depression, anxiety and a not-too-mild case of agoraphobia... yeah, it's safe to say I spend every minute that I'm not with my wife.. on the computer.

Probably 10hrs or more but then again according to psychic I went a year ago. I hate people and I think majority of them are quite dumb. I go out on weekends to get trashed or movies with "some friends" but I hate meeting random strangers and listen to their crap.

I always wondered why the " Vomit " emote was added to the board...

well to your original post..
I don't see being on the PC as "unsocial" unless you want it to be. I talk on here, talk to friends on MSN or teamspeak all day..shoot the shit.

I don't see how being physically within 10 feet of someone makes a different on if its social interaction or not.

im MORE social online than in person, as I can filter idiots online..in life you run into and cant avoid it.

Since I'm out of college and work from home...14 hours on a normal day, during winter it's 15. I try to force myself to go outside a bit when it's nice weather. I workout 1-2 hours every day, and the rest I spend on the computer.

My comp is basically turned on from about 9 am until I go to sleep around midnight, so I'd say a lot, but that's only when I'm home. Usually I'll be on uni half of the day, and there are times when I go out with friends or to some road trip...

But I'm not on the PC all the time, it's usually light browsing, and when I'm learning sth and cannot understand sth (google ftw Very Happy). Plus I have tons of books on PC, so it needs to be on...

I do need a bigger desk, so that I have a clear space for PC and for studies...

I recently moved house and had no access to my computer for 3-4 weeks, during that time I found myself much more productive, happy and generally a better person. I did not miss it at all. However once I had it all set up again I am back to the way I was, prob 6-8 hrs a day.

In other words I can do without it but if its there I use it Sad

2-3 hours on week days, double that on weekends. If a good game comes out, I can get up to hours on saturday/sunday. I used to game hours at an end when I was younger, my eyes burn and my joints ache much faster now. Guess I'm too old now Sad

try going to the gym. It may be extremely boring at first but your brain'll release natural endorphines after a tough work out making you feel really good about yourself and life in general.
Try finding exercise you like, that you think is fun. For me its usually boxing, football or lifting weight. Before I started with this I was constantly online or playing games like yourself but I started working out, hating it at first but the more i did the more i enjoyed it and nowadays i cant imagine going a few days without some kind of physical exercise where i really tire myself and sweat alot.

I work in front of a computer and I play in front of my computer. So, when I'm not doing stuff with the GF/family/social circle = computer.

Average? Probably 10 hours each fucking day.

Serious forum addiction too.

My hope is that one day, among all the bullshit I let out on public forums - a fraction of it might actually mean something to someone.
