Haha you beat me to it!
I get the feeling this is a noob asking us to do his dirty work instead of going through the proper channels @facebook.

why did you deactivate the account if it was your only pipeline to these people to start with? you deactivating the account of your own accord, and needing it back now isn't a facebook support issue.
you do realize the situation your asking them to help you with...
"I know you guys have 10's of millions of users...but you see I'm having a birthday soon, and want to let my friends know..can you put me to the front of the line for reactivation support"

Why would I deactivate my own profile and not be able to activate it again?

why would you deactivate your profile to start with if it the only way you had to contact these people you seem so passionate about keeping in contact with..

your not in need. your in desire/want territory.
this isn't as if your facebook was hacked, or stolen, or ...
your confusing your need with impatience on your part. then wanting someone to play favoritism over others with an equally 'important' issue they are having with facebook (ie they cant upload pics, they cant remove a friend, they cant message grandmama to tell her happy flying horses day)..by pushing you ahead of everyone else, because of deactivating you account of your own will.
is it inconvenient, yes, a pain in the ass for you now, yes...a need, no.

we cant help, facebook cant help..just letting you know. its not a matter of "quit posting if you cant help" its more of a we keep telling you there is no help to be found..you rather us be quiet and then you rage "WHY WONT ANYONE ANSWER ME!".
you have to wait in line like everyone else to reactivate an account.
as the saying goes "an error on your part doesn't constitute an emergency on ours".
I seriously doubt anyone at facebook's going to drop what they are doing to go activate your account back, so you can message people before your birthday.
and even if someone knew someone that worked there, whats the chance they know someone that happens to be in the correct department that has access to account status, has the permission to change them, and can talk them into doing it for someone that they don't know because someone else that don't know you asked them to.
