As you know Ice Age 3 BluRay has a bonus short called "Surviving Sid". Unfortunately, that particular BluRay I got has no English subtitles for that bonus movie. Using other language subtitles from that BluRay and English subtitles I found in google I was able to recreate everything that is being said in the movie except two phrases. Maybe someone here who speaks English very well can tell what exactly is being said in the movie at the following places:

1. Between 00:00:22 and 00:00:26 seconds:

00:00:23,107 --> 00:00:26,359
My mum says camping trips are
important ???? experience.

00:00:26,443 --> 00:00:30,363
I don't know. Everything seems so wild.

2. Between 00:00:58 and 00:01:03 seconds:

00:00:58,976 --> 00:01:00,893
Hiking is great exercise

00:01:00,978 --> 00:01:02,770
You can use it ????

00:01:02,855 --> 00:01:04,731
Nature is the place to be

According to the other language subtitles on BluRay unclear part of the second phrase above has something to do with a joke about a Sid being fat. Unclear words may (or may not) be "*something*-sized".

Many thanks in advance!

Just because I'm so bored right now. Razz

One sub file had those entries as 'formic experience' and 'dunder-cise' - the latter one especially sounds like gibberish, but of course I'd need to see the short for the context.

Edit: Found the video, the second part is definitely "You can use it, thunder thighs!" which is just another way of saying he has fat thighs. Laughing
First part otoh... The VA is actually to blame here, what she says is a bit unclear and could be either 'form of experience' or 'formative experience'. I'm leaning on the former, she just pronounces it weirdly.

"thunder thighs" - that's definitely it.
"formative" - the closest one to what the other language subtitles say, but English VA speaks this word weirdly indeed.

Ok, here is the final version of English subtitles for this short, for anyone interested - SurvivingSid.srt.
Many thanks, inz!
