Working fine here with 11.6 - 6870 max settings + aa = 60fps, no issues

I don't know nothing about "without crack", I thought we're talking about SKIDROW release here.
Also, no issues with 11.6 drivers.

i have no response from my keyboard, nor my Madcatz TE stick.
why is there no config like in SF4
seriously worried i wont be able to play this game righht now. how can i fix this?

With skidrow crack you get all characters without live. Without crack with original .exe you get live and only 15 characters.

using a 360 controller to try and change the button config so i can use my fightstick and EVERY time i try to change the config the game crashes to desktop.
im buying this anyway but still this is soooo crap.
anyone know how to make other controller work?

To elaborate on that. Even if the character limitation is lifted there's still the following issues with the offline profile:
Doesn't save your progress in the challenge mode, your volume settings, your HUD placement, your controls. Doesn't save your unlocks like icons, titles, costume colors, taunts, bonus stages under challenges, language settings per character, arranged BGM. Only thing getting saved is the video settings and that's it.
So I wouldn't rush with the "the game will be playable without crack" statement just yet.

Yep I had flickering too , game even started to crash after few minutes of playing..thank God I know how ATI works with their drivers  and I fixed the problem pretty fast.   |
Just tried what you did (uninstalled these infamous 11.6 drivers and replaced them with older 11.5 version) and now the game runs 60fps+ all settings maxed out...Thank you so much BLaM! for the advice !!

Wish they would freakin release a proper for the usb keyboard bug but I'm still no sure if this is a crack related bug... Haven't even gotten to try the freakin game yet.
Is LAN matchmaking available this time or the same old online shit?

You can run the game without the crack to test it. Crack is only for to get rid of the heavy limitations set for the GFWL offline profile.

Read above posts....same problem with or without the original but considering the oficial release date is the 5th of july from what I could scrounge up on the internet I'm not so sure about the validity of the image.

I had zero problems installing this baby. Installed it, copied over the crack files, and it flawlessly booted into a fully working single player game. gfwl is pretty much disabled in the crack and is not brought up at all, but of course all online modes are locked out. all local modes are still available though.
All characters work, keyboard and xbox controller work fine, if not for the annoying part of requiring all buttons to be mapped.
The game has a few glitches, the VS screen scales up the VS letters at odd times and they freeze for a second before finishing the transition. also when hitting start in-game the highlight bar will not be located in the right area of the screen.
Performance wise the game is outstanding on my 460gtx, I have everything maxed with AA/AF. No motion blur.
now to wait for people to release all new outfit and skin patches. I miss my chun-li maid outfit.

I don't know why some keyboard or controllers works, and some just doesn't work at all, but for those who have input problems. The game only recognize a 360 controller (maybe a fight stick as well? I don't have one to test it). For me, even if I can enter the setting screen in the game, my keyboard or any other USB controllers just doesn't work. However if you don't have a 360 controller, you can use a emulator of some sort to make it work.
And ya, this game seems have a few noticeable bugs.

Works fine on both 360 and non360 gamepad here, keyboard doesn't work though(PS2 keyboard so definitely not a USB issue).
The most retarded thing, there's a screen where you can use F1 to see keyboard mappings and F1 works but the mappings don't.

Wouldn't it restrict the choice of fighters, or how the protection was set to again?
(Or maybe if you first had it with this nocd/crack the profile already has you as "OK" and the game still remains fully unlocked.)

Nope it restricts them without crack.When you click start in main menu a message pops up telling that for saving and full fighters choice you need to log into live.
So if we want achievements we need to wait for the patch that Capcom promised.
