If i lets say buy a Panasonic Q will i be able to install a Qoob Pro on it and play all backups on it specially PAL, but also needs to be able to play original PAL games, be it with modchip help or not !

I know the latest Qoob bios supports the Q but i dont know to what extent !!!

just curious, why do u want a panasonic Q. although a bios was just released last night that supports it, it seems like a waste of money.
