ok i know this could be ridiculous, but i wanna try

- its some kind of sci-fi game WAR game
- your looking @ the earth from orbit and you can spin it 360° but you cant change the look, so your always looking at the landscape from outer space
- lanching space shuttles into the orbit and defend/attack enemys and your local country
- different weapons in space like laser cannons in which you can "jump" in ego-view
- im not sure, but maybe it was shareware and then regged with a key???

well... searched now houres in google without success Sad

hope some 'good know' gamer do know this game
thx guys

That MUST be one of the X-com games. I thing its the first one: X-com UFO Defense. Its also called UFO : Enemy Unknown.

It can't be x-com:enemy unknown because you can do ground missions on that too, and he says it's always from outer space.

By 'jump in ego-view' do you mean you can control the turrets, or view the turrets from the inside?

X-com Interceptor was entirly in space, but the combat wasnt that good.

Cant be interceptor though, doesnt fit that description...altough it could be another earlier Xcom, not #3 either though, that placed you entirly in the city.

view and just shoot with them on other defence outer space platforms or incoming missiles on your country

also heagemonia, homeworld and star wolf isnt it, i know these games also, but thx

there isnt any ground mission somehow, ur just looking from the orbit down to earth and try to defent your country with missiles and the orbital space stations

kosmiq: maybe your right, i dont know if there was a hot chick saying that stuff... it could be

there was a game called global domination (screenshot here = http://media.pc.ign.com/media/004/004009/imgs_1.html )
this game is Older than the game i mean.. but the one i search looks nearly the same

also you can launch space modules in space and research there (they are attached to each other), then u get a bigger and bigger space station with turrets attached..

it wasnt a sharp graphics, it was a little bit like settlers 3 kind graphic, you know these sweet puppets and so.. ok in THIS game there werent any puppets or figures, but graphics was somekind of comic-style

Did you get to go around a space station and sort of talk to people and buy upgrades for your ship?
