Well if you're over 16 and they're under 16 and you've having sexual relations, you can be arrested. Which I think is fair enough, 15 year olds just arn't mature enough to make intelligent decisions reggarding sex, and can be easily manipulated.

in Canada the legal consenting age is 14 when the partner is under 18, and 16 when the partner is over 18. My family went through all of this with the police when my sister starting whoring herself all over the neighbourhood when she was 15.
