Damn...the snipers are underpowered. SV98 Bolt action 2 hits before he dies, except the head.

Goes quite fast to fire 2 shots anyway so... and also, prone gives you an advantage from bc2 - so imo its not underpowered.


...and not to forget that it's an alpha Razz

Nah, it's piss easy. Smile sure it needs reload, but still quite easy.
Im happy with how its balanced so far.

You know what is strange....I played over 50 matches now I think and I've never been in the third part of the map...

I've been there a couple of times.
It was quite stupid, there was lots of people saying "let the attackers win so we get down to the subs" (and same thing about exiting subs) - but there is ALWAYS somebody who ignores it and says shit like "I've already seen that part" and the defuse.

Alpha ends on monday, so I am not sure how big are the chances of there being another wave. Although they might go all out on the last day, to do some heavy stress testing on the servers. But then the whole thing will crash and no one will get to play anyway Smile

As for sniper rifles. It took 2 shots to the body to kill in BC2 as well (unless you are playing HC). It's designed that way to deal with sniper campers - less raging due to random kills across the map. Want one shot kill - aim for the head. I think it killed with one shot if you were really close as well. I quite liked how it worked.

It shows November 28th 2010 for me... I guess they are a bit late. Either this is a glitch, or someone made a typo when changing the date for real. I guess we'll see soon enough. I would have expected an announcement before the delay showed up on Origin though.

Lol I went to the downloads folder and copied the first thing that had the name BF3, I'm sorry Laughing

Hit 1 time with the SV98 then finish him with your pistol, isn't so hard.
But you can always aim to the head Razz
I find sniping pretty easy.
