I missed the video this afternoon; what can I say, aside from the super annoying :derp® crowd it looks...good, very good actually!
It's definitely more combat-oriented and "cinematic" than Oblivion but the atmosphere and sense of immersion are great (and the animations have been improved as well).
I can't say much about the pure RPG aspects since the presentation's aim was to impress the derps, though I'm really looking forward to this
(keeping in mind that mods will fix all the rough aspects and exponentially improve the overall experience).
