Ironclad - 9/10

Wow, best effects ever in a medieval movie, also the viking looking guy from 13'th warrior is there, good fun.

Watched rise of the planet of the apes and change up with the lady this weekend.

Apes 8.5/10

The apes looked amazing, I enjoyed the story very much. The first half of the movie is really just an introduction and watching Ceaser the Ape grow up and become smarter. Second half of the movie is really good, don't want to spoil too much, but there is a "prison escape" loyalties are made and shit goes down.... very cool to watch.

Change Up 7/10

I will admit I only went to see this because of the GF, but I fucking laughed my ass off. i thought this was going to be kind of like a romantic comedy, but it was really vulgar and out there comedy that I honestly couldnt help LoL at.

Both cool movies.

IronClad 6.5/10

Felt as though the movie really dragged in the middle. If it were cut down to 90 minutes, instead of 120, would have been much more enjoyble, I think.

Win Win (2011) - there are times when you just get a hold of a movie you've just heard about moments ago, and it totally surprises you. I really liked it. It was a light drama picture with a few comedy moments sprayed out here and there. It's got nothing unlooked-for in it, but the story and the actors themselves made it worthwhile. 8.5/10

"Super 8". Quite ok, but hardly anything i'll watch again. 6.5/10.

"You, the living". Roy Andersson is superb as usual portraying the swedish society, not as good as "Songs from the second floor" though. 8/10

Stake Land - 7,5/10

Good post apocalyptic vampire movie, although not particularly original nor impressive as I expected it to be; strong performances and quite solid direction though (except maybe for the last 20 minutes).

The Elephant Man (1980) - an amazing movie. Excellent actors' performance, great directing by Lynch and a really well-presented sorrowful and remarkable story. 9/10

À Bout Portant (2010) - 7.5/10 - Great French action thriller, that throws a number of reversals and shocks, some of which are quite unexpected and effective.

I smell a Hollywood remake.

Fuckin' brutal! This is probably how a real life superhero would look and behave, well most of the time.

Source Code - 7.5/10

An interesting and new idea, full of holes however and I wouldn't call the whole idea 'doable' or 'realistic', unlike time travel for instance, some things just don't add up.

blitz - 6/20

its more like a 5.5/10 movie, but i didnt hate it and it didnt really piss me off, do i think 6 is about right.

really wasnt anything special... i like statham, i really do, and i thought the main 3 male actors did a pretty good job, but there just wasnt any substance to it, so it was overall a pretty meh and irrelevant film of its type.

also... worst police force ever. totally inept... no wonder they couldnt do shit during the riots.
