No way I'm playing this on a console. I'll rather wait another 2 weeks for a proper experience on the PC Smile

As far as i'm aware there is no AP25 extraction firmware released so i'm not sure if theres no AP25 due to this problem (can the scene get ap25 data?)

maybe the actual game doesn't have AP25.. and its not a bad copy, i dunno. Sad

EDIT : infact.. the dashboard would need to add the ap25 data.. so i guess it doesnt have it? :/

Does the 360 release requires to update dashboard which flashes the firmware to stock ? Or is it still older dash ? On LT 1.0

Game's great! Really liking the stealth, though a bit too easy after you get used to it. Sleepy now... played about 3 hrs -- it's 6:40 AM now Embarassed .

LE:
Also, the game looks fine. Runs and plays fine too. Don't see any major difference between this and PC version ( other than higher resolution, shadow maps and dx11 tessellation), that's for those who are holding off on account of this being a bad port or something. Actually, models look smoother here too, than in the PC version (note that I didn't use tessellation @ PC version) witch look pretty damn choppy.
The video cinematics look fugly as shit - the in game stuff looks way better Laughing , though I noticed that in the PC version as well.

Might just be the X360 version because of the limited disc size. I don't know how large the PC version is going to be, but in many games videos are downscaled for the 360 to fit the game on a single disc.

Yes, but why not just render them in real-time then? They basically just use ingame assets anyway.
The game itself looks better than this blurry bullshit.

Mate, I've been saying that for weeks now.. and every time I did, some wise-ass in the PC thread would argue against it Rolling Eyes In the end I just gave up, but the truth is; the rendered cutscenes are ugly as hell and serve NO purpose. You'd save space and significantly increase quality by simply using ingame assets.

I just hope the quality has been increased when the PC version launches.

Except if you want to play you'll have to make an update that will flash it back to stock. But take it as a good thing, at least you'll play it where it's meant to be played.

Really? From what i read the game has some old dash update which does not flash back to stock firmware...

I don't have the summer dash and the game didn't prompt any update -- LT+ 1.1 and it booted just fine.
And about the "where it's meant to played" statement; it's meant to be played on the platform you choose to play it on. Anything else is just dicking around.

It look like it did in the preview build, from what I can tell at least. Can't say for sure if the video quality has been slightly improved given that the x360 version is darker and the preview build was lighter in gamma.
What bothers me is not the video quality itself though, it's the way it looks as a video; worse than in game and at best the same -- some models have lower polygon count in video cutscenes than in game Laughing . I don't see the point of using those instead of in game cinematics, especially since they don't even mask the loading screens.

Sarsaila: that is incorrect. This game contains an older dashboard, one released in January, and it does NOT flash your drive like the recent ones released in May.

Just finished the first mission. Game is def. fun. hope it will suck me in more along the way since I really dont care about the story yet at all.

What really bothers me however is the protagonist. Was there ever a more unlikable protagonist in the history of gaming? He is totally bland in terms of character but still manages to feel douchy due to his looks. And his voice is so forced. like they told some C-grade voice actor to sound smokey somehow, albeit missing all emotions

But maybe thats just me, after all there are also a lot of people who like the guys from jersey shore...

Im on 10th story mission, been playing 5 hours. Iv only been able to do 2 side quests so far because I had low hacking skill. I can knock down walls and carry soda/snack machines tho

But seriously, I strongly advice to focus on hacking in the beginning. 5k for one skillpoint if you wanna buy them.

Btw Frank looks like a girl from behind Laughing

Hmm.. I'm getting blackscreen & Freeze when I push "Play game (Deus Ex Human Revolution)"

My whole console freezes, it has LT+ 1.9 on it with newest dash, is it a bad burn or another problem?
