Nope. Seems like the Steam API was updated. The new version is 1.10.1.46 and the latest cracked one is 0.96.33.48.
You can play the game fine with an older cracked dll, but you can't save and you don't need to crack the Ubisoft Launcher. Saving settings doesn't work as well. A Steam emulator can probably do the job, but I can't be bothered to even try for that game. 
All we need is a crack for the new Steam dll and we can play this piece of... gaming awesomeness.

1) Copy update folder files to your game directory .
2) Copy ubisoft folder content to your Ubisoft game launcher folder [wiz is c:\ drive]
3) PLAY

1) Install game (using Phoenix)
2) Install and Patch to newest Ubi-Launcher (\redist)
3) Copy \Crack to gamedir, overwrite if prompted
4) Start Smartsteam
5) Start Game, login Ubilauncher, exisiting or blank new Account
6) Press Play

Holy shit this game is a block buster, its not even worth 2€, its like the worst game this year or this decade. Gawd first mission and im actually deleting this.

Apparently changing the APPID in the crack to 10180 and write protecting the file will enable saves.
