We're all unworthy compared to this guy.
Even though he is somewhat right, it's totally clear to me what he seems to be doing on a regular basis and therefore trying to pull off there. I already got him twice.

i click this and it didnt work it still doesnt work ok it popped up...

seems pretty clear cut... he would have used his game code to get access to the beta was it? he fucking used what he paid for! just because he doesnt LIKE it, or the beta is a bit BUGGY, he cant just say 'i want my money back'... ugh... come on.

Like I said, this guy got some serious scamming going on by using holes in customer protection law. It's quite obvious that he purchases games on Steam, plays through them and goes for a refund afterwards. Seems to be doing that on a regular basis since he somehow admitted it himself. Now he's trying to pull his shit off with GMG too 
If it's actually true and he's getting this refunds from Steam... it would be effing genius. But he's a scumbag nonetheless.

sigh yeah. its because of people like him companies need to come up with more and more restrictive bullshit terms and conditions so that they dont get fucked over by these assholes

You should always be able to cancel a pre-order. Even if you have accessed a beta. It could however be pretty easy to legally argue that a beta is part of the full packet though. It's all a question of wheather he has received a product or not as I see it. If I were GMG or the devs I would of course argue that the beta was part of the deal, and that he has already received part of the deal when he accessed the beta-key. This must obviously have been informed to the customer before the time of purchase to be in effect.
How people put themselves in these situations are beyond me. When I buy stuff at G2Play I never take one of their bonus-deals. It clearly says if you take a bonus deal you can't cancel a pre-order. If you accept a bonus deal you have in effect already started receiving the product you payed for and the rest is delivered as per contract.
He might have a case depending on what terms he agreed to.
Edit to say: Their 7 day refund guarantee can't possibly be legal with pre-orders? If you pre-order a game, and you don't accept any bonus-deals, you shouldn't be able to cancel it after 2-weeks? That sounds sketchy to me to be honest.
