They might be 8.5Gb but you'll only get 7.9Gb on there in the same way a 1Tb Hard Drive will only give you an actual 970Gb of space.

well i like the game so far. really digging leveling up. only level 4 right now. so much better then dead rising. couldent stand the time limit on missions in dead rising games. i think i woulda liked it more if it was 3rd person. but other than that pretty good game so far.
got a question for you jtaggers out there with a external HDD using FSD 2.0. how do you make it so you can install games (GOD) on the external drive? so FSD can see them?
right now i got the game installed on the 360 hdd and FSD see's it. but i want the game on my external HDD.

Finally got time to finish deus ex, so started playing this bad boy. Spent a couple of hours on it and are enjoying it thus far.
Plenty of missions on offer, the map looks to be quite big. Probably done 10 or so quests, between whats on offer at the lifeguard station and lighthouse.
The combat feels weighty and satisfying, driving is pretty good and its fun to run ghouls down. Feels like a cross between fallout 3 and farcry in vibe.
Unlimited inventory seems weird though, turned off all the help, hint options etc before I started. Like a lot of console FPS games, it pays to play with controller sensitivity options on this one. So far I like it

Isn't that what the NFO said? Scene dudes are still working on new firmware to rip the XGD3 games. And after that the regular ISO release will follow? Well I hope it will or I might as well get a normal PS3 and grab all the top titles from the bargain bin
