@repi Sorry if this has been asked already but, by using Battlelog on BF3 PC, does that mean we won't be able to play SP campaign offline
@Metalmurphy you can play SP offline as well

Wow... that IS retarded.

I remember the hilarious old days of having a mechanic sit in your helo in BF:V constantly repairing as you flew around.

Even more hilarious I remember when you could pick up the repair/re-arm boat in BF:V and fly around with near endless health and ammo.

Those were the days...

With all its imperfections if was an excellent game Smile In the end, having fun is more important that anything. I couldn't play it much though as I didn't have good hardware at the time but my cousin did so I got to try the game a few times.

It will launch when it's done Very Happy

In other news, demize99 confirmed that every map will get a Conquest 64 version by release date, that includes Operation Metro.

Yeah, I did that in even less, around 150. Of course we should be comparing with BF2 or 2142, not BC2's unlock system which i thought plain sucked. If I recall well it took me 200+ hours in 2142 to unlock everything (not including the Northern Strike pack).

I would rather choose to have all unlocked from get go. I am not very keen on this unlocking stuff. I play online FPS games because of gameplay, not to unlock stuff like in MMORPG games. I can understand though that there are people who need goals in games to reach and when they accomplish them they stop playing. But if unlocking took very long (longer than in BC2 or CoD) people like me wouldn't be very happy. I like to have access to all weapons as soon as possible and either play with my favorite ones or just keep changing them every now and then.

For me the fun in BC2 begun after I reached level 25 and unlocked everything.

Hehe yeah Smile I should reiterate though - the REAL fun begins after 400 hours. I won't rest until I have access to every weapon in the game. That's why I hate unlock system. At any given time I might want to play assault class, but I just can't knowing I still have weapons to unlock in recon class, so I am "forced" to play recon. It's just the way I play this type of game.

Simply powergame until I have everything unlocked, and then I play for the enjoyment. Meh, they should really add tickbox "I want all items unlocked" in a game for people like me. I don't even need any ribbons or nice level25 medal or shit like that. I just want access to all weapons. Hence why I always "hacked" max level in all CoDs since MW1.

When's BETA coming out ?

The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.

I don't mind unlocking weapons. However, if the basic weapons are as retarded as the ones you recieved in BC2 - I do find it annoying.

Hopefully they will bring out more decent weapons for starters, but I think that is just false hopes.

In BF2 the weapons were fine, that was also the reason why you could have clanwars. Everyone played as rank one.

Burn, suffer, death. Can't beat it? Cheat it.

Same here, unlocking all the weapons and gadgets is something I'm not too happy about either. Having everything at the start is much more fun for me since I can pick and choose from the start what I want and how I want to play.

Couldn't agree with your post more... ^_^
