Looking at my bank account online today, it said I've been billed £9.40p by paypal.
Thing is i haven't bought nothing?
Is it them fees for when you send payments and receive them?
I haven't bought anything for a month or so using paypal so why the fuck have they billed me a month later?
If it's them fees they can fuckoff, robbing cunts.

i once got fucked by paypal after i didnt use it for years just recently, bought a fileserve account for 3 months, had it run out, suddenly i noticed that fileserve got another payment for 3 months without me initiating anything...
Found out that paypal CP has a new section where all the reoccuring payments are listed, that are added automaticly, and you need to manually cancel every single one if needed, no other way.
read many stories after that of people using paypal for wow, and who like for years just let their account run out, and suddenly paypal gives blizz another round of cash for 6 months.
Paypal will not pay you back for those things.

No i don't subscribe to any of that, Even when i look on paypal for money received and sent, it says nothing of this money I've been billed on.

Well you should see were the money went when looking at your bank account history. It can't just say "Paypal" and nothing else? I've used PP hundreds of times, and it always says Paypal followed by the Paypal address the money want sent to. Should see more info if you log in to Paypal aswell.

If your BankAccount says "PayPal" the transaction involved PayPal and You.
The ONLY possible reason AFAIK is you having a BusinessAccount rather than
a PersonalAccount. If i rememcer coorectly there is a fee if you don't "use" the
BusinessAccount much.
PayPal also has to dispatch some sort of notification (email) telling you about
the transaction details.
IF your BankAccount says just "PayPal" without ANY transaction numbers or such,
you should immedeatly recall the transaction and have the bank investigate it.
oh, one more thing
The "house" bank of PayPal is "JP MORGAN" and it should read ecactly "PayPal Pte. Ltd.".
if it's some shady shed on the Kayman Islands you know it's not them.
You can recall the transaction within 7 days - i think.

I got this strange thing. Ordered some parts from US to Europe. Seller overcharged me at first for packaging and delivery. Said he refunded me around 1/4 of the final price. Paypal refunded me full price.
Package is on the way too for a few days now. I also got mail from seller that no further payments are needed.
I'll just have to wait until paypal recharges me or what? Never been in this kind of situation before.

He may send you an invoice for the payment again, its him that hasnt been paid so sit and wait, but keep an eye on your account.

It was me giving a 15 dollar donation to a private torrent site i use as my ratio was low.
15 dollars = 9.46 
I downloaded deus ex once i gave the donation, silly me.
