anyone got this working with steam in offline mode? i keep on getting it erroring about needing steam to initialize, but it plays ok if i have the vpn on and steam in online mode, which i would rather not do

How do i get people to follow me? just took the quest from the guy thats turning into a zombie to escort his wife to the lighthouse. I get a big red circle, but she won't follow me and key mapping as usual doesn't say shit.

hey guys

Im having some probs, using reloadeds rls, everything is working fine and performing surprisingly well

only problem is the options dont let me choose my native rez (1440x900) any way to force it? ive tried editing the video.scr file but it reverts to 1600x1024 (which messes up my monitor)

anyway, any help appreciated.

also: if anyone figures out how to lan this baby, a mini tutorial would be good.

If You are using Nvidia use nvidia control panel to add custom resolution as this.
Some games uses only "nv approved" resolutions when autodetecting

Update seems to have finished, now to see how the game works this time, only did the prologue and explored a bit but there were no serious errors or anything, from the Steam discussions this new version also makes earlier saves incompatible (No surprise there really if it was a dev build.) but that doesn't mean much.

No changelog was posted though so I am unsure what exactly was fixed.
(Was it just the dev thing or the entire day-1 update, I assume it's the latter as that makes the most sense to do.)

Does the update fix an issue with the color/graphics? It looks like the game is using 8 or 16 bit colors on my system. In the starting prologue room the shadow on the ground is more like purple, the lights in the hall are overly white, something is wrong lol wut

You have to drive the car into the red circle, closer to his wife, then she gets in.


THIS GAME IS FUCKING AWESOME. I'm loving the shit out of it.

Yes, put the gamma back to default. If you increase the gamma at all, it ruins the colours. Check back a few pages, I had the same issue.

It's definitely a glitch, so I'm hoping they fix it, but luckily the default gamma is absolutely fine anyhow... bright outside and dark enough to make the flashlight actually worthwhile.

Fixed spawning enemies in some quests after joining co-op game.
Fixed showing locations on invisible NPCs.
Fixed potential path blocker when quest "Knockin' on heaven's door" was completed before talking to Dominik during the "On the air" quest.
Fixed displaying gather rings near some doors.
Fixed enemy reaction to fire.
Fixed enemies' health and stamina bars in co-op.
Fixed filtering of games in lobby.
Volume of pickup's engine has been increased.
Fixed a number of issues causing game instability.
Fixed the switching of maps upon player death.
Fixed enemies unable to reach the player on some arenas.
Thrown items cannot be picked up by co-op players for five minutes.
Items from freshly opened containers cannot be picked up by other players for five seconds to prevent theft.

More than one player can use a ladder at the same time.
