mouse keyboard or xbox360 wireless controller ?
and also if i play with mouse how can i change the sensitivity it appears it only change it in the menu and not ingame is this correct?

Played coop today.
Unfortunately coop is not as immersive as single player and works far worse, than, say, l4d coop.
Was still fun. Doing 3 different quests at a time and riding shotgun in a car when the driver is a maniac was really fun

Latest update rapes your Save pretty bad, thats why i do backups before updates. Waiting for proper update for this one.

it's strange i test the game with a 580 GTX o/c atm and the game crash with 4096 shadowMapSize. Do i need sli ? Some users can active this setting

What file actually ''unlocks'' the coop thing, so that it isn't greyed out anymore? I don't want to play with Update 1, but I do want to play coop.

Actually update 1 broke coop for us.
I installed reloaded version, applied reloaded crack and applied coop patch. That worked. Update version launched with an error

Well, I do have this installed: Dead Island_Update1_SP_COOP.rar
But I think it is just rld-update 1. Where did you find your coop patch? Russian forum?

Re-applied original reloaded crack, could play again continuing my old save.
Thing is this broke my language file i think, cause the text is all scrambled. At least there's no more performance dips.

So after screwing around with the files a bit. I am now level 7, kept my weps, skills etc. but the game started me over from the Prologue. Lol.

Wow the FoV sure is a game killer, wish I didn't pre order the game... Those pigs at techland doesn't deserve any money after giving us a simple port yet promising the opposite

Game is pretty good. Very good atmosphere and I like the fact that you can play it in the way you want. You dont need to rush for the story tasks, you can have fun and do you things when you want etc..
Just like in GTA.

is there really any difference which character u use i hardly see any guys or ammo anyway so its just melee dont see whats the idea behind these character types

I feel I've played enough shooters as it is, so I decided to play as the rapper mo'fo' being blunt weapons his "speciaity". I wouldn't mind to use only melee if the games allows it. That doesn't mean I won't use a firearm here and there (again if the game allows it to my character).

You can fire guns with every character tho blunt guy just doesnt have firearms skill tree
