Since nobody answered you, I willl do. 
In order to play COOP you will need: Dead.Island.Update.3.MP.Working-iND + Steam + SmartSteam 1.4.1 FIX + Changing ID in "steam_appid.txt"
1. Place SmartSteam on your Steam folder.
2. Go to the installation game folder and remove the attribute of "read only" to "steam_appid.txt", delete the numbers and put "17700", then change to "read only" again.
3. Start SmarSteam.
4. Start Dead Island.
5. In game, press ESC, then select "Game Lobby" and choose join or send invitations.
(If you played the game before, and want to save your progress, start the game with Smartsteam, then quit. Copy Profiles and Save folders from your game folder to "X:\Steam\userdata\xxxxxxx\17700\remote\out\")
(If you played it before, with any update or different steam_appid, search folder that contains the same number in userdata\xxxxxx\ and change it to 17700)
*The APPID can be blacklisted, so if this doesn't work, use Tunngle and LAN option*
In order to remove Bloom and change FOV you can use this MOD (Click) (Place Data folder in "Dead Island\DI\Out")
This mod change the next things:
* 16:10 FOV fix (from 62.5 to 74) (if you play at 16:9 leave it in 82.5 in file default_levels.xml inside "skills" folder) (Search for "FOV" word)
* Motion Blur Removed
* Bloom Removed
* No Blur on weapon's movement.
* Fixed mouse sensitive also in zoom mode (leave mouse sensisitive on default)
* Improvement on player's movement.
* Health indicator doesn't disappear anymore.
* Fixed autoequipment of Alcohol and Medic Kits.

Does the saves made with reloaded 1.1 version compability with Dead.Island.Update.3.MP.Working-iND+smartsteam+etc..?Do i need smartsteam to play multi?Is there a way to play multi without cracked steam?

Check PM. But there is one problem. The Link for the updates is dead. You just need to download a SP/MP pack that patches your game to 1.2.0 and you're good to go with my tutorial.

Do i need those steps if i only play single player?

im now having this problem. This is with vsync on. When i move forward are backward it stutters. i don't have stutters if i just look right, left , up and down. If i disable vsync I don't have those problems.
