There have been one or two people which gave the gift to someone else entirely other than the winner, but other than that, it seems as legit as it gets.

you probably should be more concerned with the gifts themselves, your account will be closed if the gift is bought with a stolen cc, etc.
also, why not make such a thing here on nfohump? |
