I'm having a completely unexpected amount of fun playing PES this year: even if it's "rough" and some of the animations are still totally wrong I'm really enjoying it.
I got bored of PES 2011 after a few matches (and the same happened with almost all the nextgen Pro Evos), but this one is definitely a great improvement in terms of pure gameplay and AI (if played as intended of course, which means all aids disabled/manual passing).
Yep, all the stuff that you can find there, including the cursor settings options (in order to disable pass support); setting the game speed on -1 is recommended too imo
Yeah I played first demo with -1 speed and I agree , it's better .. but Im just asking about those aid options just to make sure I turned everything off.

is there a way to have constant manual passing? instead of having to hold the trigger forever?
and has anyone made a mod to save user data properly?
afaik, you're supposed to use the brand-new 'create-your-own-profile' feature in the 2nd demo. so that means yes, you can save the button configuration/feints (and whatever personal preferences).
Anyone knows if online modes will be same as last year? I think it was 1on1, 2on2, 4vs4 if i remember correctly...but i guess no 11vs11 like in fifa this year?

I don't think so, fortunately the LT is more comfortable (for me) than the old right analog stick.
I would say it's definetely going to be longer on my hard drive.. In some aspects of the game FIFA 12 is still miles away. But I still have a feeling that master league in PES is going to be much more interesting to play..not to mention that I still love shooting from a distance in PES.
My friends mostly play FIFA 11 now , not sure how's gonna turn out this year..what we will be playing more , let's wait and see. It's difficult to change games in short periods of time..I was playing PES for over a decade..and I needed a couple of years to realise some things in PES. In that time I didn't owned any console.
But at the end I agree , best PES since 6 ... other ones are horrendous.
